    Gary Branigan's book is thoroughly researched and is a valuable resource for those interested in the tradition of Holy Wells in Ireland. Rather than sit on my bookshelf 'Ancient & Holy Wells of Dublin' is a companion in the car & will accompany me on future trips to Dublin to visit some of the wells for myself.
